What’s the Problem?

Web view allows you to create complex UI using custom html code. When a webview node comes in the chat conversation, visitors had to click on a button to open the webview inside tha chatbot.

What’s New?

Now when creating a web view, you can configure the webview to auto open when visitors reach the node during the conversation. Visitors don’t have to click on a button to open it anymore.

How to Configure Auto Open?

Edit the webview node while creating it and you will see the settings to switch ON auto opening of webview.
