Our Chatbot Platform allows various customization from the platform UI to customize various aspects of the chat widget such as the appearance, theme, positioning etc. But still some of our users want the chatbot to look a certain way and feels like these customization are not enough.

With this new addition, users can now completely customize the chat widget using CSS into our Custom CSS feature and make the chat widget look exactly the way they want with no limitations.

To add custom CSS you can go to Settings > Chat Widget > Custom CSS
