With this update now our customers have the access to delete any user from the platform UI itself.

What will be deleted All the data captured related to the particular user and the conversations the chatbot had with the user.

Some of the reasons to delete the user conversations and data:

-To be GDPR compliant as your visitor can request you to delete his data from your records according to the GDPR privacy laws

-To delete the conversations and data collected during the internal testing phase of the chatbot
